Standard time of Image delivery is within 3-4 weeks from day Premium Images are selected for all Branding and Marketing Services unless a separate agreement has been established. Images are guaranteed within 1-2 weeks from the date of service at the expense of the client in the amount of a one time fee of $250.

Images are released digitally by way of email. Within the email, you will be given a link to access your gallery and a 4 digit download pin used to retrieve your images. We do provide options to purchase printed images through the gallery that is emailed to you.

Chapter 8 Studio owns rights to images. Clients who purchase Branding Services receive Non-Exclusive rights to images, giving them shared ownership to images. Clients can obtain full ownership of images + proofs for a one time fee of $2300 (pricing subject to change). For full description of ownership please view our Terms of Service.
