How will I receive my images?
Images will be delivered digitally with the email that was used to register your event with us.
How long will it take for me to receive my images?
For events, it takes 1-2 weeks to receive images and video (if applicable)
What time will you will arrive?
For events that require set up, we will arrive 30 minutes before start time. For events that do not require setup, we will arrive 15 minutes before start to assure proper lighting.
Can I request Extra Time?
We typically do not stay extra due to potential scheduling conflict. If schedule permits, to stay extra, there is a fee of $85 per 30 minutes. This fee must be paid before images are placed in queue to be process.
